We offer a pick-up service from nearby airports and railway stations. Simply let us know when and where you will be arriving and we will be there to meet you. Please be aware that an extra fee is charged for this service.
Feel free to give your post to a member of staff at reception. We will make sure it gets to its destination.
Want to treat someone special to a surprise? Say it with flowers! Simply let a member of staff at reception know one day in advance and we will look after the rest.
You are welcome to hand in your valuables in a sealed bag to reception. We will look after them for you in our main safe. Each room also has a small personal safe.

Pets are welcome at the Hotel Edelweiss & Gurgl. Please be aware that we will charge € 30 per day (not including food) for each pet. In order to guarantee maximum hygiene for all guests, rooms where pets have stayed with their owners are deep cleaned at the end of their stay, including shampooing the carpet and washing the curtains.
Our massage team can be found on the second floor in the spa & beauty area. Opening hours: daily from 09:00 until 20:00.

In the basement of the Hotel Edelweiss & Gurgl you will find a sports shop stocking all the latest gear for both winter and summer sports. Sport Scheiber also offers ski hire and ski service during the winter months. In summer you will find everything you need for hiking and biking.

We have a selection of board games available to borrow from reception.
After a long day out and about in the mountains, there is no better way to relax than with a session in our spa & beauty area. The Glacier Spa has an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a gym as well as a selection of saunas and steam baths. Massages are also available.
Opening hours swimming pool: daily 7:00 until 20:00, sauna: daily from 14:00 (from 12:00 in bad weather)
Please be aware that children under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the spa & beauty area. Children of all ages are welcome to use the pool under the supervision of an adult.
We have free wireless internet throughout the hotel. You will receive your access code when you arrive.
